Your order will be shipped within 5 business days via Schenker (Sweden) UPS (Rest of World) . You will receive an email containing your tracking number after your order is shipped.

DUTY & TAX

All orders from outside the EU is shipped using "DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid" shipping terms. You will be contacted for payment of any duty and tax due for customs clearance into the country. It is possible that your order is qualified for free entry (no duty and tax) based on the "de minimis" rule of your country. 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Orders are delivered in accordance with the standards of your local Schenker or UPS. We strongly advise that you use a "ship to address" for which you are usually present during business hours such as a place of work. It is also important that your phone number is correct (preferably a mobile phone) and turned on while you await delivery.

INSURANCE

All orders are insured during transit. The insurance is released and responsibility passes to you when the order is delivered. This includes delivery to a third party.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You are may return your order within 14 days after receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 14). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items returned must be unused/worn. Items returned that have been used will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you. The cost of the return (same as the cost of the original shipment) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are free and can only be made for the same item in a different size or color and will be subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed. There will be no additional shipping charges for exchanges. Please email shop@meandmyhomies.com to request a return shipping label.
